Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the ach444 platform. By accessing ach444, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ach444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ach444 website, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features available at https://ach444.bet.
By creating an ach444 account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. ach444 enforces age verification checks and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on ach444 or any affiliated platform, you are not permitted to open a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting under duress, be subject to any court order that restricts your ability to enter agreements, or be using funds obtained through unlawful means.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of ach444 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must create a registered account. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date for the duration of your membership.
You are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and accurate date of birth at the time of registration. ach444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — to verify the information provided. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ach444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ach444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. Before processing any withdrawal — or in the event of unusual account activity — we may request additional verification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays to pending withdrawals.

Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks and satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
ach444 offers deposit and withdrawal services via the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.

All transactions are monitored. ach444 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from unlawful sources or that the platform is being used to structure or conceal financial transactions.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ach444 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general conditions set out below.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
- One bonus per promotion per player applies. Players who hold multiple accounts will not be eligible for any bonus on any account.

- Expiry dates apply to all bonuses. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account automatically.

- ach444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to do so in the interests of fair play or platform integrity.
6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Unauthorised use of ach444 intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ach444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or gaming losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or any other cause.
ach444 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or events outside our control — including network failures, payment provider outages, or regulatory requirements — may cause temporary unavailability. ach444 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
Gambling involves financial risk. All bets placed and games played on ach444 carry the risk of financial loss. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand this risk and that ach444 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play. - Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe

- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or use of funds derived from unlawful activity
- A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
- Regulatory or legal requirements that require ach444 to restrict access
Where an account is terminated due to a player's own breach of this Agreement, ach444 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account as a reasonable estimate of damages. Where termination is initiated by ach444 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 13. Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any active promotions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ach444 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by ach444 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision for future occasions. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ach444.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
